Olufunke Jones

Divisional Head, Corporate Banking

Olufunke Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration, MBA, from the Business School of Netherlands. Olufunke is also an alumnus of the International Academy of Retail Banking, IARB.

She has over two decades banking experience across various functions including marketing, relationship management and customer care.

Olufunke is Divisional Head, Corporate Banking. Prior to joining ProvidusBank, Olufunke was at Ecobank Nigeria Limited where she was Country Head, Power & Energy desk for Domestic Bank Group. She also had the responsibility of being Country Head, Real Sector Business for the Domestic Bank.

Her stint on these roles was remarkable as a result of her dynamism for project implementation. Olufunke is a very passionate and self-driven person with strong interest in motivating and mentoring young people.
