• The Providus Amphi Card is a debit Mastercard created strictly for corporate customers of the Bank. The card can be used for payment, and it has a QR code embedded on it to take collections.

The Corporate will send a request letter including the following details;

• Account Number
• Number of cards

• Corporate Customers of ProvidusBank

Customers can request for the Amphi Card through the following methods:

• At the nearest Branch of their choice
• Through their RM
• Through Business Concierge

The Amphi Card issuance structure is:

• N1000 – Card Issuance
• N2000 – Collection enrolment fee
• N3000 – Total

The Amphi Cards can be activated through the following means:

• Card can be activated in-Branch by BSM.
• Relationship Manager using instant PIN selection POS.
• Cards can also be activated via PIN change on the ATM.
• PIN Selection on the Card activation link

With the Amphi Card, customers can carry out seamless transactions on:

• POS
• WEB
• ATM
