Toritse Ayonmagbemi is the Group Head, Human Resources Management at ProvidusBank. She holds a B.Sc. Geography & Regional Planning degree from the University of Calabar and an M.Sc. in IHRM from Cranfield University, United Kingdom.

A results-oriented Human Resources professional with over 19 years experience in industry roles, Toritse has continued to develop strong focus on Talent, Performance and Career Management, Organisational Development, Succession Planning and Recruitment, as well as Employee Advisory and Recognition.

Before joining ProvidusBank, she was Head, Talent & Performance Management at FCMB where she successfully provided leadership and coordination for improving the organization’s core business functions. She also implemented the Talent Management frame-work and pioneer leadership succession plan to ensure improved performance, career growth and retention within the organisation.

Toritse combines her strong analytical and conceptual skills to initiate, develop and implement innovative change for businesses. She is also passionate about developing initiatives that create a sustainable working environment.
