We believe that innovation is the driving force behind our growth and launched Nigeria’s first eco-friendly card known as ProvidusEco. The card is manufactured with eco-friendly materials thereby reducing the use of plastic which emits toxins that are harmful to humans as well as the environment. Requesting and owning a ProvidusEco debit card gives you an opportunity for a tree to be planted on your behalf in Nigeria thereby making you a part of reforesting the Earth. We are introducing the ProvidusEco as a Platinum Mastercard with all the exclusive privileges and services available to our valued clients on this card variant.

| A: | ECOZEN is an eco-friendly copolyester derived from natural materials which aims to rethink the way materials are handled with clean and innovative technology thus enabling environmental protection. |

| A: | This initiative gives our customers a chance to protect the Earth and be part of the rebuild. A Tree is planted to reforest the earth for every card issued. |

| Q: | What accounts can a ProvidusEco card be issued on? |
| A: | The ProvidusEco card can be issued on both Naira and USD (Inflow and PTA) accounts. |
| Q: | How many designs of the ProvidusEco are available to customers? There are two designs available to customers, either Formica or Wood Splash. Can a non-customer get the card? |

| Q: | How long does it take for the ProvidusEco to be issued? |
| A: | Cards are issued between 3-5 business days |

| A: | Customers can request for the ProvidusEco through the following methods: At the nearest Branch of their choice Through their RM Through Business Concierge Can customers with an existing card still request to have the ProvidusEco? |
| Q: | What is the enrolment fee of the ProvidusEco? |
| A: | The enrolment fee is a follow; ProvidusEco Platinum Naira Mastercard: The issuance fee is N1,000, however a lifestyle membership enrollment fee of N4,000 applies on issuance. ProvidusEco Platinum Dollar Mastercard: The issuance fee is free, however a lifestyle membership enrollment fee of $50 applies on issuance. |

| A: | Customers can carry out seamless transactions on POS, Web and ATM anywhere in the World with the ProvidusEco. |

| A: | Transactions with the card on POS & Web channels are free while the following charges apply for ATM withdrawal: Local ATM Withdrawal: Customers pay #35 after the first 3 withdrawals of the month using other Bank’s ATM. International ATM Withdrawal: Fees will apply based on ATM use internationally. |
| Q: | Can I check available lounges at the Airport just before I embark on a trip? |
| A: | Yes. Simply download the loungekey App from Android/IOS store and enrol the ProvidusEco. |
